I have the privilege to be involved in the supervision of 4 Master’s students in their research projects, as well as a post-doc student funded as part of the METABOU project and a co-direction of a PhD student.

Aurelien Cornil

Aurélien Cornil is a post-doctoral fellow involved in the METABOU project. He holds a master’s degree in psychology from the UCLouvain, and has completed a thesis on gambling craving with Joël Billieux and Philippe de Timary. In particular, he is working on establishing a consensual definition of craving in a transdiagnostic approach.

Myrto Atzemian

Myrto Atzemian is a PhD student under the codirection of Rebecca Shankland (Université Lumière Lyon 2), Catherine Martinet (Haute École Pédagogique du canton de Vaud) and Valentin Flaudias (Université de Nantes). She holds a bachelor’s degree in « Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology » of the National University of Athens and a master’s degree in “Education Sciences” of the University of Clermont-Auvergne. Her doctoral thesis focuses on evaluating the effect of a mindfulness-based reading program on the emotional regulation, anxiety management and cognitive abilities of students with dyslexia. 

Célia Casadei

Célia Casadei, a Master’s student in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Nantes, is working on the METABOU project, with the aim, among other things, of carrying out experiments to understand the metacognitive hub model of craving.

Pauline Hervouet

Pauline Hervouet, a Master’s student in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Nantes, is working on the impact of the « Healthy » label on food dishes on social networks. This project is part of the ALIMNUM project.

Charlotte Lescuyer

Charlotte Lescuyer, a Master’s student in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Nantes, is working under the co-supervision of Aurélien Cornil. Her project will be based on a qualitative method proposed to healthcare professionals to better understand and define craving.

Emma Traineau

Emma Traineau, a Master’s student in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Nantes, is working on a program to reduce adherence to the slimming ideal among a student population.
