I am currently supervising a PhD student, and have previously been involved in the supervision of a postdoctoral researcher and a PhD student.

Kristina Abazaj

Kristina Abazaj is a PhD student under the codirection of Valentin Flaudias (University Clermont Auvergne), Pr Sébastien Guillaume (University of Montpellier). Kristina is a clinical psychologist with a Bachelor and Masters degree from Université Paris 8. She is currently conducting her doctorate research focusing on metacognition and eating disorders, with the aim of developing and evaluating a group-based metacognitive intervention for individuals with binge eating symptoms.

Aurelien Cornil

Aurélien Cornil was a post-doctoral fellow involved in the METABOU project. He holds a master’s degree in psychology from the UCLouvain, and has completed a thesis on gambling craving with Joël Billieux and Philippe de Timary. In particular, he is working on establishing a consensual definition of craving in a transdiagnostic approach.
He is currently Assistant Professor at the University of Liège. More informations on Researchgate

Myrto Atzemian

Myrto Atzemian was a PhD student co-supervised by Rebecca Shankland, Catherine Martinet and Valentin Flaudias. Her doctoral work examined the impact of a mindfulness-based reading program on emotional regulation, anxiety, and cognitive functioning in students with dyslexia.

She is now a University Lecturer at the University of Fribourg. More informations on Researchgate
